1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rapidmark website and branding services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Rapidmark ("Rapidmark", "we", "us", or "our"), located at 275 SW 6th Street, Miami, Florida, USA. By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

Rapidmark provides professional branding and logo design services, typically delivered within 48 hours of a completed project brief, subject to package scope, revision rounds, and response times as described at the time of purchase.

3. Ordering and Project Briefs

To begin a project, you will complete a guided onboarding brief describing your business, audience, and preferences. Delivery timelines begin once the brief is complete and the scope is confirmed. Delays in providing information or feedback may extend delivery timelines accordingly.

4. Payment

Prices for packages are listed on our website and are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All fees are quoted in US dollars.

5. Revisions and Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction. Revision rounds are included as described in your selected package. We will continue refining your logo within the agreed scope until you are satisfied, or as otherwise stated in your order confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved logo files transfers to you. Rapidmark retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to submit content you do not have rights to, or to interfere with the operation of our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapidmark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
